Privacy Policy — Lovezone Channel Automation

1. Data controller

Lovezone Records / Love Zone Records is a French non-profit association governed by the French Law of 1 July 1901. It operates Lovezone Channel Automation for its own official YouTube activities.

2. Purpose and current access

Lovezone Channel Automation is an internal tool used to verify and assist with the management of the official Lovezone Records YouTube channel. Its production Google authorization remains strictly read-only. A separately authorized internal compliance prototype may use a distinct upload authorization solely for one private demonstration upload.

The tool is used for channel identification, video inventory, duplicate prevention, visibility and scheduling checks, sequencing of YouTube Shorts and post-publication verification. The private prototype cannot publish publicly, does not set publishAt, disables subscriber notifications, and does not modify or delete existing YouTube content.

3. Google and YouTube data accessed

With the youtube.readonly permission, the application may access information made available by the authorized Google account, including channel and uploads playlist identifiers; video identifiers, titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails; publication dates, duration and processing information; visibility, privacy and publication status; and scheduled publication information when provided by the YouTube API.

For the private compliance demonstration only, the prototype may request the youtube.upload permission. This permission is used only for videos.insert to upload the demonstration asset with private visibility. The submitted title, description, category and audience designation, together with the returned Video ID and private status, are used only for internal compliance evidence and postflight.

4. Data use and Limited Use

Google and YouTube data is used only for the internal operational purposes described above. Lovezone Records does not sell or rent this data and does not use it for targeted advertising, profiling, credit decisions or unrelated commercial surveillance.

Lovezone Records’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

5. Data stored

The application stores the OAuth client configuration and separate authorization tokens needed to maintain the read-only production connection and the private-upload prototype. It also stores a current YouTube inventory, the private demonstration metadata and returned Video ID/status, operational control files, non-secret reports and limited technical records required for verification, security and auditability.

Credentials and tokens are stored as separate protected items in macOS Keychain, are excluded from generic operational backups and can be revoked independently. They are never intentionally published on this website or included in public reports. Public compliance pages contain no OAuth secret or token.

6. Technical service providers and recipients

Data may be processed only as needed by Google and YouTube for OAuth and API services; OpenAI and the OpenClaw agent environment for authorized operational processing and reporting; Microsoft OneDrive for encrypted operational backups; Telegram when limited non-secret reports are sent to authorized Lovezone Records management; and the local systems used by Lovezone Records to run and secure the application.

Lovezone Records does not disclose Google or YouTube data to data brokers or advertising platforms.

7. Retention

The current YouTube inventory is replaced rather than accumulated where possible.
Inventories are deleted within 30 days after the integration ends or access is revoked, and within 7 days after revocation where technically applicable.
Non-secret operational and audit reports are retained for no longer than 12 months.
Transcripts containing YouTube metadata are retained for no longer than 90 days.
Locally stored OAuth tokens are deleted within 24 hours after revocation.
Backup copies are subject to documented rotation and deletion procedures, including any legitimate technical delay required to expire protected backup media.

8. Revocation and deletion

Google access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account connections page.

Revocation prevents new authorized API access. To request deletion of data held by Lovezone Records or ask a privacy question, contact contact@lovezonerecords.com. Lovezone Records will remove the active OAuth token and affected operational data according to the timeframes stated above, subject to legitimate security, legal and backup constraints.

9. Security

Lovezone Records applies access restrictions, encrypted transport, separate least-privilege authorizations and protected operational backups. OAuth credentials and tokens are stored in macOS Keychain and excluded from generic backups. Reports are designed to exclude OAuth secrets and tokens. Any upload operation is subject to channel, duplicate, visibility, Direction and postflight controls.

Any material change to the Google data accessed or its use will be reflected in this policy before the change is put into operation and, where required, will be subject to renewed authorization.
