1. About the tool
Lovezone Channel Automation is an internal tool operated by Lovezone Records / Love Zone Records, a French non-profit association governed by the French Law of 1 July 1901 (RNA W291001228), with its registered office at 49 rue de la Pointe de Kervigorn, 29830 Saint-Pabu, France.
It assists Lovezone Records with the management and verification of its official YouTube channel. It is not offered as a public SaaS product or as a service for third parties.
2. Authorized use
Access is limited to persons and accounts expressly authorized by Lovezone Records. Users must act only for legitimate Lovezone Records purposes and in accordance with applicable law, platform rules and internal approvals.
The production connection remains read-only. A separately authorized internal compliance prototype may use only the youtube.upload permission to upload one demonstration video with visibility forced to private. It cannot publish publicly, does not set publishAt, disables subscriber notifications, and does not modify or delete existing YouTube content. Any future production upload, metadata, visibility or scheduling action remains subject to separate authorization and appropriate security and compliance controls.
3. Google and YouTube services
The tool relies on services provided by Google and YouTube. Authorized users must also comply with the YouTube Terms of Service.
Availability may be affected by Google or YouTube service changes, API limits, authorization revocation or platform policies.
4. Security and suspension
Lovezone Records may restrict or suspend use of the tool when necessary to protect accounts, credentials, data, content or platform compliance. Users must not attempt to bypass security controls or use the tool beyond the permissions granted to them.
5. Internal service and responsibility
The tool is provided for Lovezone Records’ internal operational needs. While reasonable care is applied, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Decisions to publish, modify or schedule content remain under the authority of Lovezone Records and must pass the applicable approval controls.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.
6. Changes or discontinuation
Lovezone Records may update, restrict or discontinue this internal tool to reflect operational, legal, security or platform requirements. Material changes to Google data access will also be reflected in the Privacy Policy and, where required, in a new authorization process.
7. Privacy
The processing of Google and YouTube data is described in the Lovezone Channel Automation Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts determined under applicable law; no exclusive jurisdiction is claimed here.
